At Portals Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey; if your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a prepaid return shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the original, unopened perfume bottle and its decorative packaging into a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
